By accessing this site or placing an order through unpromptedwear.com, you agree to the following terms. We don’t do boring legalese. We keep it human — the kind who bleeds static.

🌐 WHO WE ARE_

We are UNPROMPTED_, a streetwear signal broadcasting from the digital underground. Our mission: limited drops of anti-algorithm apparel for the defiant.

This site runs on Shopify. Our fulfillment is powered by Printify/Printful.

🛎 ORDERING_

All products are made to order. Once you hit “buy,” the file is queued for print.
Orders can’t be edited or cancelled once processing begins (usually within 1–2 hours).
Orders ship from fulfillment partners in the US (and occasionally EU/UK if stock reroutes).

🛫 SHIPPING_

Fulfillment takes 2–7 business days on average.
Delivery times depend on your location.
We’re not responsible for courier delays, customs issues, or AI-led rebellions.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us: 404@unpromptedwear.com.

💳 PRICING & PAYMENT_

Prices are listed in USD for US customers (auto-converted for other regions).
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other encrypted payment methods.
Import duties or state taxes (if applicable) are your responsibility.

❌ RETURNS & REFUNDS_

Every piece is made-to-order — no warehouse stock, no casual returns.
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ll replace it or refund you fast.
No refunds for buyer’s remorse or size issues (use the size guide).
US law doesn’t require cooling-off periods like in the EU. All sales are final unless defective.

Your data is yours. We only use what’s needed to process your order and run our signals. See the Privacy Policy for details.

🔎 PROHIBITED USES_

You may not use our site or products for:

Illegal activities
Uploading viruses or malicious code
Attempting to reverse-engineer our aesthetic
Pretending to be 404 (he’s copyrighted, glitched, and semi-sentient)

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States (Delaware jurisdiction). Any disputes will be handled in good faith first — and in US courts only if necessary.
